From Dale Patchett, MLC Lobbyist
The Multitype Library Cooperatives (MLCs) have been awarded 2 million in the final budget. It is now time to start thanking the Department and working both them and OPB to make sure the Governors folks recommend to the Governor that we be allowed to keep it.
Letters to the Governor will also be a good idea.

Advocacy - it is as easy as 1-2-3. You can help. Send a message to one or more of the contacts below.

Thank you for supporting the Multitype Library Cooperatives (MLCs) such as SEFLIN. We are pleased that the proposed budget includes $2 Million for the five MLCs to continue the training, consulting, and services important to cultivating excellence in service to library users.

[optional – add a note about a key service that has made a difference to your library, e.g. the regional conference, the virtual conference, the User Experience consultancy, the Overdrive group, etc. ]
